How does an order work?

Pick Image or Video and a format, choose your product from your Brand kit and fill in a short brief. You see the price and the delivery date before you order. Our team checks your brief within a business day, asks in the order's messages if anything's unclear, makes it, and delivers the files to your Library.

How long does an order take?

Usually 3 to 7 business days, depending on the format: each one shows its own time before you order. Product photos usually take 3. Dates are estimates, and the clock pauses while we wait for an answer from you.

What's Rush?

Most formats can be rushed for 50% more credits. If we deliver a Rush order after its Rush date, the extra Rush credits come back automatically.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. Every order includes one free round of changes within 7 days of delivery, as long as it's within the brief you sent. A new idea is a new order.

What is a credit?

Credits are how you pay for orders. Every format has a price in credits, shown before you order. Credits are held when you order and only taken when we deliver; anything we can't make, you get back.

Do I need a competitor's ad to start?

No. Pick a format and write a short brief. A reference ad is optional: use one when you want us to follow a structure that's already working.

Is it copying my competitor?

No. A competitor's ad is only a blueprint: its hook, pacing, shot order and layout. Your version uses your product, your words and your brand. We never use their footage, logo, words or people.

What do I get back?

Product photos come as 4 versions (85 credits). Each format says what you get before you order. Everything lands in your Library, organised by campaign.

Do you use AI?

Our team uses the best tool for each job, including AI tools where they help. A person decides what goes into every file and checks it. When AI tools were used, the file comes with a note saying so, so you can label it where a platform asks.

Can I use a real person?

Pick a character from our cast. Soon you'll also be able to send us photos of yourself or someone on your team, with their written consent, and we'll make you your own character. We never use someone's likeness without consent.

Who owns what we make for you?

You do. Use what we make for you in your own ads and marketing. You're responsible for the claims in it, so check prices, offers and product details before you publish.
