Common questions

Do I need an account?

Yes. Every account starts with a 7-day free trial of Pro or Team: search any brand, track your competitors every day, and write your first brief. Cancel any time.

Is it legal to look at competitors' ads?

Yes. Platforms publish these ads for transparency. Every ad shows where it came from, and we honour takedown requests.

How does "Make my version" work?

Pick any ad. We read its structure (the hook, the order of shots, the length and the layout), and Create starts a brief for you with your product from your Brand kit. Change what you like, see the price and the delivery date, and place the order. Our team makes it.

What do I need to order an ad?

Your product with a few clear photos (front, back, in hand), and a line about who it's for. Your Brand kit fills in the rest, and you can import a product from its own page.

Do you copy the original ad?

No. A competitor's ad is only a blueprint: its hook, pacing, shot order and layout. Your version uses your product, your words and your brand. We never use their footage, logo, words or people.

Can I use my own face?

Soon. For now, UGC and talking-head videos use a character from our cast, or you can describe who you'd like and we cast the closest match.

What if I don't like the result?

Every order includes one free round of changes within 7 days. Product photos come as 4 versions to choose from (85 credits). If we can't make something, every credit comes back.

Who owns the ads we make for you?

You do. Use what we make for you in your own ads and marketing. You're responsible for the claims in it, so check prices, offers and product details before you publish.
